We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge with a passion for hospitality and enthusiastic commitment to memorable guest experiences. This non-exempt position offers a competitive starting wage of $23.00 per hour. The Concierge will be a vital ambassador for the hotel, connecting guests to the best that Monterey has to offer while ensuring impeccable service from arrival until departure. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles a wide range of guest requests with professionalism and care, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include delivering personalized recommendations on local dining, attractions, transportation, and entertainment; handling reservations and special guest needs; coordinating with other hotel departments; and proactively resolving concerns to uphold high satisfaction levels. The Concierge also supports VIP arrangements and maintains comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and regional highlights. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and holidays per business needs.
