Renowned for its dedication to excellence, Harbor's Edge offers a full continuum of care in an elegant setting that fosters engagement and a strong sense of community. Recognized as a 2025 "Best" Senior Living Community by U.S. News & World Report, the community prides itself on maintaining high standards of quality, compassion, and support for both its residents and employees. This award highlights Harbor's Edge as a leader in providing senior living and healthcare services, which is reflected in its commitment to exceptional resident care and a positive workplace culture.
At Harbor's Edge, the work environment is built on values of respect, empowerment, and personal growth. Team members are valued as essential contributors to the community's success and are provided with opportunities to grow professionally while working in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. The organization places a strong emphasis on service excellence, continuous learning, and collaborative teamwork to ensure that every resident’s needs are met with the highest level of care.
We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to join our dedicated team. This position plays a vital role as the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, guests, staff, vendors, and visitors. The Concierge will manage front desk operations with professionalism, warmth, and genuine friendliness. This includes greeting visitors, managing communications, handling administrative tasks, and providing helpful information and assistance to enhance the living experience for residents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a patient and compassionate demeanor, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and resident privacy. Experience working with elderly or dementia populations is highly valued, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for handling clerical responsibilities. The role requires the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and make sound decisions independently while upholding safety and sanitary protocols.
As a part-time member of the Harbor's Edge team, the Concierge will not only deliver exceptional service but also contribute to the warm, respectful, and engaging environment that sets this community apart. The position offers a competitive hourly wage between $16 and $21, based on experience, and includes access to a comprehensive benefits package that supports both employees and their families. Joining Harbor's Edge means becoming part of a compassionate community dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through outstanding care and service.
