The role offered is a Weekend Concierge position, scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays with morning shifts from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility to work holidays and additional weekday shifts as required is essential. This is a part-time role with a pay range between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour. The Weekend Concierge serves as a vital frontline representative of the community, responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours, answering a multi-line telephone system, and providing clerical assistance to the administrative team. This position demands exceptional customer service skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining the safety and security of staff, residents, and guests. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • flexible to work weekends, holidays, and additional shifts
  • experience in hospitality or senior living preferred
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • able to pass background and health checks
  • comply with all health and safety protocols including vaccination and PPE use

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years of age

  • preferably two years of experience in hospitality or senior living
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficiency in MS Office programs
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to interact effectively with employees, residents, families, and healthcare professionals
