Job Description

Dignity Senior Living is a compassionate and respected senior care provider dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, their families, and team members alike. With a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and services, Dignity emphasizes respect, dignity, and support throughout every interaction in its community. The company’s approach is centered on creating a nurturing atmosphere that promotes well-being, safety, and comfort, establishing itself as a trusted leader in senior living care. They are deeply committed to maintaining a workplace culture that supports and uplifts their team members, aligning professional growth with meaningful work that makes a difference in residents’ lives.

The role of the Concierge at Dignity Senior Living serves as the crucial first point of contact for visitors, residents, and families, making it vital in shaping the community’s welcoming atmosphere. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting all guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and organized community experience from the moment someone enters the premises. This role not only involves managing front desk operations but also supporting multiple administrative and hospitality tasks to maintain the community’s smooth function.

The Concierge supports the sales team by providing insightful community overviews and assisting with inquiries, helping prospective families feel informed and at ease. Additionally, the role involves assisting with move-in preparations and the distribution of marketing materials, bolstering recruitment efforts, and managing appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters. With a keen eye for safety and security, the Concierge also monitors visitor sign-ins, observes safety protocols, and manages emergency procedures to ensure the continued well-being of all community members.

Attention to detail and time management are essential in this dynamic, fast-paced setting as the Concierge will also handle meal ticket processing and basic office tasks, maintaining the front desk and Bistro areas in a welcoming condition. This multifaceted role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

At Dignity Senior Living, employment as a Concierge offers competitive pay ranging from $13.50 to $16.88 per hour, alongside meaningful work that impacts senior citizens' lives positively. The role provides significant opportunities for professional growth within a respectful and inclusive workplace.
