The Concierge role at Grand Living is a key position instrumental in enhancing the quality of life for residents by serving as the first point of contact for various support and administrative needs. This position operates under the direction of the Business Office Manager and adheres strictly to the community's standards, processes, and philosophy, known as The Sterling Touch®, which emphasizes a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional approach. The Concierge is responsible for performing a range of clerical and coordination duties including managing resident requests, distributing correspondence, directing phone calls, and facilitating communication between residents, their families, visitors, and fellow team members. The role requires someone who is attentive, organized, and deeply committed to providing outstanding customer service that meets the high standards of Grand Living’s senior communities.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- customer service experience in senior housing preferred
- ability to read, write and understand english
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
