This community is centered around two Tom Fazio Championship golf courses and offers an exceptional lifestyle that combines world-class golf, fine dining, wellness activities, and outstanding hospitality. Members of Belfair enjoy access to an exclusive environment that fosters relaxation, socialization, and a strong sense of community amidst scenic Lowcountry surroundings.
The role of Front Desk Concierge at Belfair is a pivotal position within the Clubhouse that serves as the welcoming face for members, guests, and visitors. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented professional passionate about hospitality and customer service. Reporting directly to the Director of Administration, the Front Desk Concierge provides exemplary customer service while assisting with daily administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient club operations. This position is full time, requiring 35-40 hours a week, primarily Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support club events and business needs.
The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for creating memorable first impressions by greeting and assisting members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. This role includes greeting visitors, handling incoming telephone calls, coordinating dining reservations and club event bookings through OpenTable, responding to member inquiries using Belfair’s communication platforms, and performing essential clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and mail management. Additionally, this role involves maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the front desk area, lobby, and office supply inventory, preparing welcome packets and amenity baskets, and supporting other administrative projects to continually enhance the member experience.
Ideal candidates for this position possess outstanding interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to excellence in service. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary, and familiarity with Jonas Club Software and OpenTable is highly preferred. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Belfair is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, family-oriented team culture where associates feel valued and empowered to contribute to the club’s success.
Joining Belfair means becoming part of a prestigious private club community that values exceptional service, teamwork, and member satisfaction. Associates benefit from a comprehensive Troon benefits package that begins immediately with medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as various other perks including company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off accrual from day one, supplemental insurance options, an employee assistance program, pet insurance, legal services, complimentary daily employee lunch, and recognition programs.
