Renowned for its commitment to providing quality living environments, Sunrise has built a strong reputation as a trusted and caring residential option for seniors who seek a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. The company operates multiple senior living communities across the country, focusing on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes dignity and independence for all residents. With a focus on hospitality and personalized service, Sunrise Senior Living emphasizes not only physical care but also emotional and social wellbeing, ensuring each resident feels valued and connected.

As part of the Sunrise team, the Concierge plays a vital role as the community's first point of contact and ambassador for the brand. This full-time position is central to creating a warm, welcoming, and organized environment that reflects the core values and hospitality standards of Sunrise Senior Living. The Concierge is responsible for greeting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and genuine warmth, establishing a positive first impression that sets the tone for their experience within the community. Beyond greeting guests, the Concierge supports sales efforts by providing information about the community, assisting with inquiries, and facilitating move-in preparations. This role also involves managing administrative tasks such as answering and routing calls, mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and supporting recruitment and marketing activities.

The position pays between 19.30 and 24.15 per hour, reflecting the importance Sunrise places on attracting skilled individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications is essential to manage the various clerical duties effectively. The Concierge also plays a critical role in maintaining safety protocols, monitoring visitor sign-in, and ensuring emergency procedures are followed, contributing to a secure community environment for residents and staff alike.

Joining Sunrise Senior Living as a Concierge offers more than just a job — it provides an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of seniors while developing a rewarding career in senior living administration and hospitality. The company strongly values its employees and supports their growth with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, retirement savings options, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and employee assistance programs. Employees benefit from a supportive culture that recognizes their unique contributions and fosters a sense of belonging and shared purpose. The offer of myFlexPay allows staff to access their wages quickly, adding financial flexibility.

Sunrise Senior Living is also proud to be recognized as a certified Great Place to Work. The company embraces diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees. This commitment helps maintain a positive and empowering workplace environment where team members feel respected and motivated to serve their communities with compassion and excellence. If you have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, are well-organized, and enjoy helping others in a dynamic setting, this role presents an excellent chance to develop your career while making a meaningful impact.
