As a Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living, you play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of the community. This position centers around providing a warm, professional, and organized front desk experience that welcomes residents, their families, and visitors alike. You will be responsible for greeting guests with hospitality and ensuring the daily operations of the front desk run smoothly and efficiently. The Concierge supports various community functions including assisting the Sales team with inquiries, helping with move-in preparations, managing appointments, and maintaining safety protocols. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

  • maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
  • support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
  • manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
  • monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
  • process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
