One of Vi's communities, TidePointe, located at 700 TidePointe Way in Hilton Head Island, SC, offers a part-time position for a Concierge. This role is pivotal within the resident services team, responsible for ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service to all residents and guests. The selected candidate primarily works on Fridays from 12 pm to 4 pm, with additional shifts as needed. This position offers compensation ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on years of experience, presenting a competitive wage that reflects the value Vi places on its staff.
As a Concierge at TidePointe, the candidate will be integral to maintaining the smooth functioning of the community’s daily operations. Duties include answering resident questions, addressing straightforward resident needs, monitoring emergency response systems, and managing incoming communications. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact, creating a positive and reassuring presence at the community’s front desk. This role requires someone who excels in customer service, able to blend professionalism with empathy, and possesses strong organizational skills to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
