This role is an onsite position requiring a dedicated individual to work five days per week and directly contribute to the upscale nature of the residents’ experience. Compensation for this concierge role ranges between $21 and $25 per hour, with offers potentially varying depending on the candidate's prior experience and qualifications.

In the role of Concierge, you will serve as the warm and polished face of this luxury community. Your primary responsibility will be to greet residents and visitors, manage front desk operations, and uphold the highest levels of customer service and security. The position demands a keen attention to detail, from maintaining the cleanliness and order of the reception area to overseeing security protocols such as managing access control and monitoring security camera systems. Beyond these operational duties, the concierge plays a crucial role in the daily management of the building’s atmosphere by performing regular patrols, conducting maintenance inspections, and supervising contractors during move-in and move-out procedures. Your role extends to assisting residents with a variety of special requests, including transportation arrangements and reservations, thereby enhancing their living experience with personalized service. This multifaceted role is ideal for a dependable, well-spoken individual who thrives in high-end hospitality environments and is capable of combining administrative support, security awareness, and resident relations seamlessly.
