The Concierge role at Legend Senior Living is a vital part of the administrative team, serving as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests. This position demands an individual who excels in delivering outstanding customer service and plays a key role in enhancing the community experience by assisting residents and visitors with a variety of needs. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive information about local attractions, facilitating community tours, coordinating parking and valet services, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of the front desk and common areas. Your efforts will directly impact resident satisfaction and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the community.
This full-time role requires a personable, organized, and knowledgeable individual who can manage inquiries, resolve concerns by liaising with the appropriate departments, and provide thoughtful support to both new and existing residents. Understanding the local community’s events, festivals, dining options, and transportation schedules is essential to fulfilling this role effectively. Job Duties
- Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service especially as it relates to new residents
- Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed
- Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
