At Oakmont, joy and laughter are integral components alongside a commitment to excellent service. The company offers attractive career growth opportunities, relocation options, and potential for travel among its communities.
This part-time Concierge position at Oakmont of Novato offers a competitive pay range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. The Concierge plays a crucial role in the community by greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging property tours, answering a multi-line phone system, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff. The role is designed to provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring that their needs and inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Safety is a key focus, and the Concierge helps maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
Employees in this role are expected to adhere to Oakmont Management Group’s mission and values consistently. Cooperation and teamwork are also essential, as the Concierge collaborates with co-workers and other departments to enhance overall service delivery.
Eligible team members enjoy comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation and personal days, holidays, complimentary meals, and bonus opportunities. Oakmont also provides company-paid life insurance, a team member discount program, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, recognition programs, student loan refinancing options, pet insurance, employee assistance programs, and emergency financial assistance. Safety protocols are strictly followed at Oakmont, and employees must be willing to undergo criminal background and health screenings. In accordance with regulatory guidelines aimed at protecting team members and residents, vaccination, participation in daily health screening, surveillance testing, and adherence to personal protective equipment usage may be required to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.
