The role of a Concierge at Bridge Senior Living is both vital and dynamic, serving as the first point of contact for residents, their families, and visitors. This position is part-time and PRN, allowing flexibility in scheduling while playing a key part in the daily operations. A Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests with a polished and professional demeanor, managing front desk operations including visitor and vendor sign-in and sign-out, handling incoming communications through phone calls, and coordinating the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries. The Concierge also facilitates residents' requests for assistance by referring those needs to appropriate staff members, ensuring smooth and efficient service within the community. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Through their efforts, Concierges help foster a positive first impression and maintain the high standard of service Bridge Senior Living is known for, making the community a safe, friendly, and well-organized place for residents and visitors alike.

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner
