With a worldwide presence spanning more than 100 countries and a workforce exceeding 140,000 employees—including those from Turner & Townsend—CBRE delivers comprehensive commercial real estate solutions. Their operations are structured into four primary business segments: Advisory, which includes leasing, sales, debt origination, mortgage servicing, and valuations; Building Operations & Experience, focusing on facilities management, property management, and flex space services; Project Management, offering program and project management along with cost consulting; and Real Estate Investments, which covers investment management and development. CBRE emphasizes a collaborative culture grounded in respect, integrity, service, and excellence, valuing diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and skill sets to foster an inclusive environment where every individual can thrive and contribute fully. When you join CBRE, you become part of a team of dynamic problem solvers and forward-thinking professionals who create significant impact in the commercial real estate sector. The company is committed to equal employment opportunity, promoting diversity and inclusion throughout its global operations, and ensuring reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities during recruitment and employment processes. CBRE carefully assesses multiple factors to determine compensation, such as education, training, and experience. For this Concierge role, the salary range is competitive and reflects the candidate's qualifications and expertise. Benefits include 401(K), health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
The role of CBRE Concierge belongs to the Workplace Experience function, where the individual becomes an essential point of contact for guests, customers, and tenants within a designated building. This position requires offering exemplary customer service tailored to meet diverse tenant and visitor needs. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating various personal and business-related requests, such as making dining and recreational reservations, scheduling transportation, and providing accurate recommendations on local attractions. The Concierge must maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of local business resources, including transportation options and entertainment venues, to enhance clients' experiences. Additionally, the role demands rigorous adherence to property-specific security and emergency protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in the facility. An essential component of the position is to lead through example in alignment with CBRE’s RISE values—Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence—encouraging a team-oriented approach and contributing to consensus-building efforts to meet team objectives. Experienced in customer service, this role involves recognizing and resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally. It also entails contributing to the development of innovative problem-solving techniques that support both personal and team success. The CBRE Concierge acts not only as a service provider but also as a brand ambassador, increasing tenant and visitor satisfaction and promoting the venue as a preferred location for business and leisure engagements. The role requires advanced organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, an inquisitive mindset, and ideally supervisory experience. The Concierge is a pivotal figure in delivering a welcoming atmosphere, supporting building management administratively, and driving a superior workplace experience through dedicated service excellence at CBRE.
