Multiple shifts are available including weekends, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling. The reception area is critical to the smooth daily operations of the facility, and the Front Desk Receptionist supports various departments including marketing, dining services, and administration through clerical duties. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- one to three years customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- excellent telephone communication skills
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and work with units of money and measurement
- ability to apply common sense understanding to follow detailed oral or written instructions
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, email and Internet
- ability to work indoors in a climate-controlled environment
- capability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests, residents and employees
- manage external and internal telephone calls
- take and communicate messages accurately
- provide information of a general nature
- collate brochures for the marketing department
- prepare meal tickets and tally meal count sheets
- update resident phone list, roster, and move-in/move-out registers
- manage appointments for residents and family members
- maintain desk and entry area neat and organized
- organize and distribute mail
- maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
