The role of the Front Desk Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living is vital, as this position serves as the face of the community. The Concierge is responsible for welcoming residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth, creating a first impression that reflects the company’s hospitality and service standards.   • answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages
  • provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries
  • assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials
  • maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
  • support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
  • manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
  • monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
  • process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
