We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge to join our team, a role proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour with the attractive benefit of same-day pay. The Concierge acts as the crucial first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, embodying the facility’s core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence in every interaction. This role serves a vital function by answering and transferring incoming calls, offering information and direction, assisting with clerical duties, and managing communication flow within the facility. Job Requirements
- Current and active CNA license in the state strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role required
- Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional presence, positive attitude, and solution-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and individuals at all levels of the organization
- Experience managing multiple priorities and demands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals of varying personalities and temperaments
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve immediate concerns appropriately
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner
- Provide information, direction, and appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support smooth facility operations
- Greet and assist potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors, creating a positive and welcoming first impression of the facility
- Manage both internal and external calls, accurately take messages, and ensure timely communication to appropriate individuals
- Serve as a central point of contact to coordinate information flow and support day-to-day front-desk operations
- Maintain a calm, professional presence while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
