The role of the Front Desk Concierge is central to creating the first impression of Sunrise Senior Living communities. As a Front Desk Concierge, you operate as the face of the community, greeting residents, families, visitors, and prospective new families with warmth and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage a variety of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge supports a range of administrative and hospitality functions including answering and routing calls, managing appointments, and assisting with the preparation of marketing materials. Additionally, the Concierge plays a pivotal role in maintaining safety by monitoring visitor sign-in protocols and emergency procedures.

Working as a Front Desk Concierge at Dignity means actively contributing to the smooth operation and positive atmosphere of the community. You assist the Sales team by providing detailed community overviews and responding to inquiries, facilitating a seamless experience for prospective residents.
