We are currently seeking outstanding individuals to join our administrative team as Concierges. This vital role places you at the forefront of resident and guest interactions, where your courteous assistance and excellent customer service will significantly impact the community experience. As a Concierge with Legend Senior Living, you will serve as the frontline ambassador representing the warmth and professionalism of our community. Your responsibilities include welcoming new residents and guests, providing detailed information about local attractions, events, and transportation, as well as coordinating resident parking and valet services. You will also conduct community tours to showcase model rooms and amenities, ensuring that these spaces are well-prepared and inviting.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with grace and efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of the front desk and common areas, creating an inviting atmosphere for all residents and visitors. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving and directing initial customer and resident concerns to the appropriate departments, ensuring a smooth response process.

Job Duties
- Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
- Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed
- Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
