Managing appointments, mail distribution, resident rosters, and monitoring safety protocols are essential components of the job. You will ensure visitor sign-ins and emergency procedures are properly followed, process meal tickets, and assist with basic office operations. This multifaceted position demands excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

These benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, retirement savings plans, employee assistance and discount programs, paid time off including sick and holiday pay, as well as tuition reimbursement and flexible pay options.
