High school diploma or equivalent
customer service experience preferred
proficiency in using office equipment
excellent verbal communication skills
ability to maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
strong organizational skills
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

Greeting and directing visitors
managing all incoming phone calls and transferring them to appropriate persons or departments
providing comprehensive administrative support to the business office including mail, delivery management, faxing, scanning, and preparing training materials and schedules
maintaining the reception area to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and a welcoming atmosphere
assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness
building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members
