The company is committed to fostering a culture that values respect, integrity, service, and excellence, welcoming diverse perspectives and backgrounds to create a dynamic, inclusive workplace. At CBRE, employees are empowered to chart their individual paths and realize their full potential, making it an attractive destination for professionals seeking growth and impactful careers in the real estate sector. The organization’s collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach position it as an employer of choice for those who aspire to thrive in a global environment that values innovation and diverse talents.

The role of a CBRE Concierge is integral to the company’s commitment to delivering bespoke, high-touch hospitality experiences to an elite clientele. This position entails acting as the primary point of contact for reservation requests, including admissions, dining, exclusive events, private experiences, and other services both within CBRE properties and beyond. The Concierge’s responsibilities extend beyond mere booking; this role requires a proactive approach to anticipating client needs, offering insightful recommendations, and ensuring flawless execution of all reservations and associated services. Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are critical, as the Concierge manages complex arrangements and coordinates meticulously with internal teams and external vendors.

In addition to logistical expertise, the CBRE Concierge embodies the brand’s values by cultivating an atmosphere of sophisticated hospitality, where every visitor feels genuinely valued and every detail is perfected. The role demands a high degree of independence, initiative, and discretion, as the Concierge handles sensitive information and interactions with the utmost professionalism. This position operates in a luxury, fast-paced environment, requiring composure, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset. The Concierge is not only a service provider but also a trusted advisor who curates personalized experiences tailored to individual preferences, leveraging a strong network of contacts to secure exclusive access and preferential treatment for clients.

The remuneration for this role ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, reflective of the candidate’s experience and qualifications. CBRE provides a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance, underscoring its commitment to employee well-being. This full-time position offers an opportunity to join a leading global company dedicated to excellence and innovation in commercial real estate services, while also delivering exceptional, personalized hospitality experiences that distinguish CBRE from competitors.
