The Front Desk Concierge position at Sunrise Senior Living is integral to delivering a warm and welcoming community experience. As the first point of contact, the Concierge greets residents, families, visitors, and prospective families with professionalism and genuine friendliness, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest hospitality and service standards. They assist the Sales team by handling inquiries, helping with move-in preparations, and managing marketing materials. Maintaining an inviting front desk and Bistro area contributes to a pleasant community atmosphere. Additionally, the Concierge supports recruitment efforts, manages appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters, and is vigilant about safety protocols, visitor sign-ins, and emergency measures. The role also includes processing meal tickets and performing basic office tasks to ensure seamless community operations.
