The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is currently seeking a part-time Concierge to join its dynamic guest services team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the guest experience by providing personalized service and expert local knowledge. Concierge agents serve as ambassadors of the resort, acting as the primary point of contact for guests’ requests and needs throughout their stay. The position requires not only excellent communication and multitasking skills but also the ability to anticipate guest preferences and exceed expectations with thoughtful recommendations and personalized touches.
As a Concierge at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, you will be responsible for managing a variety of guest service duties including accommodating guest requests, handling packages, processing communications such as faxes, messages, and emails, and organizing the mail. The role also involves collaborative work with other guest service departments, including the front desk and bell staff, to ensure guests receive seamless and comprehensive service. You will be instrumental in planning and coordinating guest itineraries, ensuring that each stay is tailored to the individual’s tastes and interests.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a concierge role, strong familiarity with Scottsdale and surrounding attractions, and proficiency in English communication. Multilingual capabilities and a flexible schedule are highly valued. Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and the capacity to quickly learn proprietary software systems, is essential. This position requires physical stamina, as the role involves standing or walking for up to 8 hours per shift.
