Job Description

The Blake at Biloxi is part of QSL Management, one of the fastest-growing senior living companies in the industry. QSL Management is dedicated to creating luxurious, resort-style homes that prioritize the well-being of seniors, offering an environment focused on wellness, security, longevity, family, joy, and self-worth. With a mission to provide exceptional care and hospitality, QSL fosters a workplace where team members experience the same level of support and respect as the residents they serve. This approach cultivates a culture of growth, purpose, and passion, anchored by core values such as Excellence, Compassion, Respect, Leadership, Integrity, Safety, and Joy.

The Blake at Biloxi is currently seeking a warm, professional Concierge to join its team on a part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy making a positive impact through meaningful first impressions and hospitality. Working Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the Concierge will be the welcoming face of the community, interacting with residents, guests, and fellow team members. The position emphasizes exceptional hospitality skills, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve others.

The Concierge is responsible for providing a welcoming and safe environment by managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, directing guests, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. This role also includes maintaining a clean and inviting lobby and front porch area, supporting activities and events, and assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner and a polished demeanor.

Working at The Blake at Biloxi means becoming part of a supportive, team-oriented work environment where your efforts help set the tone for the entire community. The role not only offers competitive pay, starting at $14.00 per hour, but also a comprehensive benefits package and the daily opportunity to make a difference in the lives of older adults. Candidates with experience working with older adults and a background in general office or reception roles will find this position particularly rewarding.

QSL Management is committed to equal opportunity employment and values diversity, welcoming applicants who are protected veterans or individuals with disabilities. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
