This reputation underscores the organization's core mission to make a positive difference in the lives of residents, families, and team members alike.

At Sunrise Senior Living, meaningful work starts with purpose. The Concierge’s responsibilities include greeting visitors and residents with genuine warmth, answering and routing calls efficiently, and supporting the Sales team with inquiries about the community. The role also involves assisting with move-in preparations, maintaining the front desk and Bistro areas, and supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, mail distribution, and managing appointments. Safety is a priority, with duties encompassing monitoring safety protocols, visitor sign-in processes, and emergency procedures. Additionally, Concierges help process meal tickets and provide assistance with basic office functions, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the community.

Ideal candidates for this position should possess strong customer service and communication skills, exhibit excellent organizational abilities, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

This is a full-time position with a pay range of $15.00 to $18.80 per hour, offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Joining Sunrise Senior Living means becoming part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact every day, with opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive and dynamic environment.
