We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time and Full-Time Concierges at Carriage Inn Bryan, one of Cardinal Bay's premier senior living communities. The Concierge plays a critical role as the welcoming face and primary source of information for residents, families, prospective residents, guests, and employees. This position is not only about providing exceptional customer service but also about ensuring the safety and security of everyone on the community grounds. The role requires a professional, friendly, detail-oriented individual who is responsive to requests and capable of maintaining a secure and orderly environment. Whether during nights, weekends, or holiday shifts, our concierge team serves as ambassadors of hospitality, making first impressions that matter.

Concierges at Cardinal Bay contribute significantly to the community by monitoring incoming and outgoing foot traffic, responding promptly to emergencies, assisting with resident requests, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas. The position supports the overall safety and well-being of the community through vigilant observation, routine safety checks, and collaboration with maintenance teams.
