Job Description

Primrose Retirement Communities began over 30 years ago with a heartfelt mission to honor seniors by offering a variety of healthy and happy lifestyle options. As a respected leader in senior living, Primrose has cultivated a culture that values accountability, relentless improvement, embracing change, respect, and passion. The company is dedicated to creating an environment where the best people want to work and residents feel truly at home. This deep-rooted commitment ensures that every member of the Primrose family contributes to a positive and supportive community. The organization has a proven track record of quality service and compassionate care, making it a trusted choice for seniors and their families seeking vibrant retirement living options.

The role of Concierge at Primrose Retirement Communities is vital in maintaining this welcoming environment and enhancing the resident experience. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for visitors and residents alike, responsible for greeting guests warmly, answering phones professionally, and assisting the management team as needed. This position plays a central role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication throughout the community. The Concierge must be personable, organized, and efficient, possessing strong communication skills and a working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. This full-time day shift role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference and committed to contributing positively to the lives of seniors. Primrose offers a supportive, fun work culture that encourages its staff to thrive and grow while helping residents enjoy their retirement years to the fullest. With comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401k retirement plan with generous company match, employee assistance programs, and company-paid life insurance, Primrose Retirement Communities values its team members and prioritizes their well-being along with that of its residents.
