The Concierge role is a vital position within the Member Experience team, focusing on providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments for club members. This role involves managing all incoming communications such as phone calls, reservations, and emails, while addressing inquiries with professionalism and warmth. The Concierge acts as the welcoming face of the club, ensuring every interaction leaves members feeling valued and appreciated. Responsibilities include engaging with members through outreach efforts to new and at-risk members, assisting with social media initiatives, member communications, and supporting various member experience programs. The role demands a commitment to personalized service that reflects the core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells, enhancing member satisfaction and loyalty throughout every visit. Reporting to the Member Experience Director, the Concierge collaborates with various departments to coordinate events, manage reservations, and maintain up-to-date member information that contributes to a seamless and enjoyable club experience.
The role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills across multiple channels, and strong organizational abilities to handle a busy, fast-paced environment. The Concierge is also responsible for promoting club events, providing detailed information about club amenities, and ensuring that members are recognized and celebrated on special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Physical demands include the ability to stand for extended periods and interact in dynamic environments, with responsibilities extending to maintaining a welcoming and orderly club environment. The position includes working weekends, holidays, and additional hours as necessary. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or similar customer-facing role

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, providing prompt assistance and answering questions
- deliver exceptional business and concierge services, guiding members and guests within the club
- inform members and guests about club services, amenities, and events
- assist with member communications, including social media and event announcements
- make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
- manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services
- conduct proactive calls to confirm member reservations
- oversee the reservation process for dining facilities
- promote upcoming events and assist with event registration and follow-ups
- update websites and message systems to support member experiences
- maintain member profiles and personalized recognition materials
- communicate dietary restrictions to relevant teams
- maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and work areas
- assist others as needed and perform additional tasks assigned
- comply with company policies and safety guidelines
- participate in professional development and maintain certifications
