The role of a Concierge at Sierra Place is integral to maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents, their families, and visitors. This full-time position, with a competitive wage ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour depending on experience, requires a compassionate individual capable of creating meaningful connections and contributing positively to the community culture. The Concierge acts as a primary point of contact, greeting guests, managing communications, and assisting with organizational tasks that support various departments. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, coordinating with the sales team for tours, managing calls and messages, and maintaining essential records such as payroll and resident files. Additionally, the Concierge supports financial processes like accounts receivable and payable and ensures the availability of informational materials for tours and admissions. Effective communication, organizational skills, and an ownership mindset are key traits sought for this role.

The position follows a Sunday through Thursday schedule, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with weekend availability required to meet the dynamic needs of the community.   • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests who come to the door and potentially work with sales to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour
  • Responsible for calls that come in and delivering messages
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
  • Manage, maintain and process payroll
  • Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations
  • Process accounts receivable and payable
  • Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move-in packets ready for tours and admissions
  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
