Job Description

Wellington Oaks is a premier senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment for our residents. Located in a serene and supportive setting, Wellington Oaks focuses on fostering a culture of compassion, leadership, and growth for both residents and staff. We pride ourselves on delivering person-centered services that enhance the quality of life for older adults, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and independence. Our mission is to create a vibrant community where seniors feel valued, supported, and engaged every day.

The role of Concierge at Wellington Oaks is integral to the positive experience of our residents and their visitors. As the first point of contact, the Concierge plays a vital part in welcoming residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism. This position involves providing a wide range of concierge services tailored to meet the unique needs of older adults, including assistance with transportation arrangements, coordinating reservations, and attending to special requests or errands. The Concierge also acts as a communication hub within the community by sharing timely information about events, activities, and announcements to keep residents informed and involved.

Beyond concierge duties, this role requires a strong commitment to customer service excellence, ensuring each resident feels heard, valued, and supported. Responsibilities include light administrative tasks such as managing logs, scheduling appointments, and overseeing the check-in and check-out process for visitors. Additionally, the Concierge contributes to event coordination efforts, helping to plan and execute community activities that promote social engagement and well-being.

A key aspect of the role is maintaining a safe and secure environment. The Concierge assists with security protocols by monitoring guest access and promptly addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and discretion. This position is perfect for an organized, personable, and compassionate individual who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Wellington Oaks offers competitive pay, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, ongoing professional development, company-paid life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while advancing their career in a supportive, growth-focused community. Join Wellington Oaks as a Concierge to help create a welcoming and enriched living experience for our valued residents.
