Job Description

Trilogy at La Quinta is a distinguished active adult community located on the southern edge of La Quinta, California. This vibrant community offers spectacular mountain views and a lifestyle that perfectly balances energetic days with tranquil evenings. The community is built around an active adult lifestyle, including amenities such as golf courses, a fitness center, swimming pools, an on-site spa, and Cafe Solaz, along with two attractive clubhouses. These amenities are designed to provide residents with a high quality of life and numerous options for recreation, wellness, and social engagement.

The Santa Rosa Club, a central part of Trilogy at La Quinta, is currently seeking a part-time Concierge to join their dedicated team. This role offers a pay rate of $19 per hour and is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer service roles and enjoy engaging with members and guests in a community environment. The Concierge position reports to the Member Service Manager and is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who enter the club. The role involves greeting members and guests, providing information about club amenities and local events, and managing access to the facilities.

This position is more than just a front desk job; it is about being the face of the community, offering personalized service that contributes to the positive experience of each member. The Concierge will assist in daily operational functions, ensuring the front desk and lobby areas are organized and welcoming. They will support administrative tasks such as handling mail, managing phone communications, updating digital content, and preparing promotional materials. Residents’ services including business center support like copying, mailing, and faxing are also part of the duties, alongside event registration and fee collection.

Individuals in this role must be highly customer oriented, able to work under pressure, adapt to rapid changes, and support team-building efforts. The company values honesty, integrity, respect for the individual, teamwork, and a competitive spirit—all of which the Concierge should embody. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling that includes evenings and weekends to meet the needs of community events and member activity.

Trilogy at La Quinta provides a supportive work environment with moderate noise levels and uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, fax, and copy machines. Physical demands include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, walk and move around the workspace, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. The company promotes equal opportunity employment and encourages applicants who share their commitment to quality service and community engagement.

Part-time team members who work 30 hours or more per week become eligible for medical, dental, and life insurance after 60 days of full-time employment. Additional benefits include participation in a 401(k) plan after 30 days of service and eligibility to accrue paid sick leave according to state guidelines. Embracing a role here means becoming part of a community that values dedication, positivity, and the goal of enhancing residents’ experiences in a beautiful and active setting.
