The company is currently seeking a full-time Condominium Association Concierge to be located at The Metropolitan Condominiums in downtown Portland. This role is vital as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, representing the face of Bluestone Real Estate Services to the condominium community. The position is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, offering a consistent work schedule within a professional condominium setting. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining security protocols, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting community engagement efforts. The role requires a blend of hospitality skills and administrative expertise, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while also fostering a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. This position plays a key part in maintaining the high standards of The Metropolitan Condominiums, contributing directly to resident satisfaction and positive community relations.
Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing accurate information about the building’s amenities and local services. Package and delivery management, access control, and coordination with vendors are also key components of the role. Additionally, the Concierge manages various administrative duties such as maintaining accurate logs, handling communications, distributing building announcements, and tracking association-related items like insurance and parking. Engagement with the community is another important aspect, assisting in organizing events and gathering resident feedback to continually improve services.

- previous experience in customer service or concierge role
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in computer and office software

- experience with or ability to learn association management software program, such as AppFolio
- knowledge of security and access control procedures
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- address resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- maintain knowledge of the condominium’s amenities and services to provide accurate information to residents and guests
- manage incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate handling
- provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities
- monitor access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of residents and their property
- implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment
- maintain a clean and organized concierge desk and lobby area
- handle incoming calls, emails, and messages and direct them to the appropriate parties
- manage reservations for amenities such as the guest suites and event spaces
- coordinate with vendors for services such as package delivery, maintenance, and repairs
- manage resident and visitor logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- distribute building notices and announcements to residents as directed by the Manager
- maintain insurance policies, storage, parking spaces, pets, and other trackable items as directed by the Manager
- assist in organizing and coordinating community meetings, events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents
- gather and relay feedback from residents to improve services and amenities
