Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or reception preferred

  • technological proficiency including Microsoft Office, typing, printing, multi-line phone systems
  • strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods
  • ability to move comfortably and safely including lifting, bending, stretching, squatting

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, families, team members, and visitors in a professional, warm, and inviting manner
  • maintain a clean, organized reception area that supports a positive community experience
  • deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with questions, concerns, and navigating the community, while being mindful of mobility, memory, or sensory needs
  • professionally answer and direct phone calls
  • provide administrative support including filing, typing, mail sorting, and data entry
  • manage front desk operations, guest sign-ins, and security measures
  • assist with community communications by maintaining bulletin boards, updating signage, and creating marketing materials
  • manage the sale and tracking of various resident and guest purchases
  • assist with setup and coordination of activities and events
  • build positive, ongoing relationships with residents, families, and team members while upholding ethics and integrity
