The Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, part of White Lodging's esteemed portfolio, is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join its dynamic team. This position is centered around delivering the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and surpassing their needs and expectations. The concierge will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience through personalized service that includes assisting with reservations, providing comprehensive information about the hotel and local area, and arranging transportation. The role requires a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities and the surrounding community, enabling the concierge to offer insightful recommendations and answer guest inquiries accurately.
Beyond daily interactions, the Concierge at Sheraton Raleigh is expected to handle guest concerns diplomatically and efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and maintaining composure in any situation. The role also involves supporting the food and beverage operations within the concierge lounge, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests. A professional and neat appearance is essential, as is the ability to forge positive working relationships with colleagues and embody the hotel’s values as an ambassador. The position is primarily a PM shift role and demands stamina for standing and walking for extended periods and the physical capability to handle moderate lifting tasks.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work PM shifts
- Physical ability to stand walk for extended periods and lift 10 pounds
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Assist guests with special requests including reservations hotel information and arranging transportation
- Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services surroundings local area and nearby travel services
- Accurately answer guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Help resolve guest complaints or concerns
- Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and clean the lounge as needed
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
