Job Description

Dial is a distinguished senior living community dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents by delivering exceptional care, fostering joy, and promoting a family-like atmosphere. Known for its compassionate approach to senior care, Dial is committed to integrity, respect, and excellence in all aspects of service. This thriving community emphasizes creating a supportive and welcoming environment where both residents and team members can feel valued and appreciated. With a focus on continuous learning, Dial offers team members the unique opportunity to engage with some of the most knowledgeable seniors, helping to cultivate meaningful relationships that positively impact both personal and professional growth.

The PRN (Pro Re Nata) Front Desk position at Dial offers a flexible, part-time employment opportunity designed for individuals who are passionate about exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of a senior living community. This role plays a critical part in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, acting as the first point of contact for residents, their families, and visitors. The PRN Front Desk team member is responsible for handling various administrative and communication tasks, assisting residents with their daily needs, and collaborating across departments to ensure a cohesive community experience.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will welcome guests warmly, assist with sign-in procedures, manage phone communications, respond to emergency situations, and help maintain the safety and order of the lobby and common areas. Additionally, the PRN Front Desk position involves managing reservations for community spaces, distributing mail and packages, maintaining emergency contact lists, and supporting the promotion of community events. The role demands a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Dial values its employees and offers an attractive benefits package that includes birthday and anniversary paid time off, tuition assistance, double pay on holidays, PTO accrual starting from the first day of employment, referral bonuses, complimentary meals during shifts, loyalty incentives, and an employee recognition program. Employees also benefit from discounts with major carriers like Verizon and AT&T, a pay advance program, comprehensive medical coverage including prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance, basic term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and participation in a 401k retirement plan.

Joining Dial as a PRN Front Desk team member not only provides a fulfilling career path within a respected senior living community but also enables individuals to make a tangible difference by enhancing the quality of life for older adults. This position is ideal for those who enjoy helping others, take pride in delivering excellent service, and desire to be part of a compassionate team focused on enriching lives. The schedule flexibility inherent to PRN roles also makes this an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking work that fits around other commitments.
