Job Description

Wellington Oaks is a distinguished senior living community dedicated to providing a compassionate and engaging environment for its residents. Known for its commitment to quality care and enriching experiences, Wellington Oaks fosters a nurturing atmosphere where seniors can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. The community emphasizes leadership, growth, and compassion not only for its residents but also extends these values to its staff members. Employees at Wellington Oaks benefit from a supportive workplace culture that values professionalism and dedication while encouraging ongoing professional development. With competitive pay rates and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, the company is committed to enhancing the wellbeing of its team members as well as those they serve.

The role of Concierge at Wellington Oaks is pivotal in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, their families, and visitors. This position involves more than just greeting guests; it requires a friendly and professional individual passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enhancing residents' everyday experiences. As a Concierge, you serve as the first point of contact, providing assistance with inquiries, directions, and requests, thereby ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive impression. This role is integral to maintaining a smooth flow of communication within the community, acting as a conduit for information about events, activities, and announcements.

Beyond greeting and assisting residents, the Concierge is responsible for offering personalized services such as arranging transportation, coordinating reservations, and assisting with special errands. This ensures residents enjoy convenience and support tailored to their needs. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining logs, scheduling appointments, and overseeing check-in and check-out procedures for visitors and residents, ensuring operational efficiency. The Concierge also plays a vital role in community engagement by supporting the coordination of events and activities, helping to keep residents informed and actively involved.

Maintaining a high standard of customer service is essential in this role; the Concierge must ensure that all residents feel valued, heard, and supported. Problem resolution is another key aspect, where the Concierge addresses concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for satisfactory outcomes that uphold the community’s standards. Safety and security awareness is crucial, as the Concierge assists with monitoring access to the community, maintaining a secure environment, and promptly reporting any issues to management.

This full-time position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who enjoy working in a dynamic, service-oriented setting. Those passionate about contributing positively to the lives of seniors while working in a reputable community with excellent benefits will find this role highly rewarding. If you are personable, organized, and dedicated to making a meaningful difference in a senior living environment, joining Wellington Oaks as a Concierge offers a unique and fulfilling career opportunity.
