We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Concierge to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests, ensuring an outstanding first impression and fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting various administrative duties to maintain the smooth operation of the community's front desk. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with residents and their families, providing helpful information, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication within the community. The position is part-time, primarily every other Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm, with additional shifts available for those interested in extra hours.
The ideal candidate will be personable, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Your role will include greeting and assisting residents and visitors, managing incoming phone calls, and ensuring the front desk area remains orderly and inviting. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work every other Saturday 8am to 4pm
- excellent communication skills
- ability to assist residents and visitors in a courteous manner
- basic administrative skills
