The role available is for a Front Desk team member, working a specific schedule that includes Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This part-time position involves being the first friendly point of contact for visitors, residents, and family members. Responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors with warmth, professionally handling incoming phone calls, responding effectively to questions and concerns, and managing emergency situations adeptly. The role also requires maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and entrance areas. It demands strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and an ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Duties
- Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way
- Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate
- Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns
- Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area
