In the PRN Front Desk position at Dial, the primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors. Employees have the opportunity to participate in a culture that recognizes and rewards hard work through numerous benefits such as birthday and anniversary paid time off, tuition assistance, holiday double pay, and a referral bonus program. Additional perks include free meals during shifts, employee recognition programs, loyalty incentives, and discounts on mobile services. Dial also provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plus a 401k retirement plan, underlining their commitment to employee well-being and financial security.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living who seek flexible hours and value making a real impact on the lives of elder community members. The role assists with various administrative tasks including phone management, filing, data entry, and event promotion, all while maintaining confidentiality and a professional appearance.
