- proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications

- if driving is required, must sign and understand driver job description

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents
- extend a warm welcome and greeting
- offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests
- ensure community safety protocols are in place
- contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator for prospective resident meetings
- greet potential career candidates and direct to apply online or record details in Applicant Tracking System
- answer incoming calls promptly with appropriate greeting
- take and communicate complete messages
- provide community overview to callers and transfer calls appropriately
- manage appointments for residents and families
- send get well and sympathy cards and order Memory Flowers as needed
- order flowers and name plates for new residents
- order guest meals for move-ins
- maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- support sales team with inquiry calls and CRM entry
- keep front desk and Bistro areas clean and stocked
- maintain music and pleasant atmosphere
- partner with community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- practice safety procedures and maintain resident and team member rosters for emergencies
- respond to emergencies and monitor guest sign-in/out
- update resident phone lists and registers
- prepare and process meal tickets
- organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- monitor office supplies and team member paycheck distribution
- actively participate in team engagement and training
- perform other duties as assigned
