Within this esteemed community, the Concierge plays a critical role in shaping the first impressions for visitors and residents alike, acting as the welcoming face and an essential point of contact. This role involves greeting visitors warmly, fulfilling resident requests promptly, arranging engaging tours of the property, handling a multi-line telephone system with professionalism, and providing vital clerical support to the administrative staff. The Concierge is expected to uphold the company’s core values and contribute to a safe, secure, and orderly environment.
The position is ideally suited for individuals who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a helpful and courteous demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Specifically, the Concierge is responsible for answering phone calls clearly and efficiently, monitoring the Emergency Alert System, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the safety and security of all residents, guests, and staff.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs such as Word and Excel
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and personal protective equipment requirements as per regulatory guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service
- Answer telephones, record and direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
- Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond immediately to every call
- Manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
