The Concierge role at Belmont Village Senior Living is an integral position designed to serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for residents, their families, vendors, and guests. This role is not only about greeting and directing visitors but also about providing reliable information and compassionate service tailored to meet the needs of senior residents. As a Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in creating a friendly, safe, and hospitable environment that promotes community engagement and satisfaction. Work hours include PRN shifts on Sunday 6:30am-3:00pm and Monday 2:30pm-10:00pm, with pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. Responsibilities span welcoming residents and visitors warmly, managing multi-line phone systems, coordinating resident transportation and events, supporting administrative efforts such as logging maintenance requests, and ensuring security through monitoring visitor access. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience with a multi-line phone system with demonstrated professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications to perform job-related tasks
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Demonstrates initiative with advanced critical thinking skills
- Proven administrative and organizational skill set

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
- Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity
- Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate
- Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication
- Monitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situations according to company policy and procedure
- Schedule resident transportation, coordinate resident trips, manage event and guest meal reservations, and assist with event setup as needed
- Record maintenance work order requests through an electronic record system
- Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and preserve first appearance impressions
- Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
