Job Description

Hotel Drover is a distinguished luxury hotel located in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, a landmark area known for its rich Western heritage. As a proud member of the Autograph Collection, Hotel Drover embodies the authentic Texas spirit with a refined twist, combining the rugged charm of the West with modern luxury and exceptional service. The hotel pays homage to the legendary cowboys who once drove cattle across vast plains, offering guests a unique experience that blends the past and present of Texas culture. Every aspect of Hotel Drover, from its design to its guest interactions, reflects the pioneering spirit and hospitality that are deeply rooted in this iconic region. The hotel's commitment to delivering a memorable stay goes beyond traditional lodging; it strives to create an environment where every guest is greeted like family, with genuine warmth, a tip of the hat, and a firm handshake.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. This role is vital in shaping the guest experience, providing personalized services and local insights that define what it means to stay at Hotel Drover. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with all their needs, from coordinating transportation and dining reservations to arranging special occasions and sharing insider knowledge about local attractions. This position requires someone who lives and breathes hospitality, who is driven by a passion for making connections and elevating every guest interaction into an extraordinary experience.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, personable individual who represents the brand’s core values — which include hitting the mark every time, blazing new trails, sparking warmth, being intentional, honoring all, doing right, and staying curious. This unique person will not only meet guest expectations but exceed them, creating lasting memories while fostering a sense of community both within the hotel and beyond. Working at Hotel Drover means embracing the authentic Texas way of life and delivering legendary service that guests remember long after they leave. If you are motivated by collaboration, authenticity, and a sincere desire to make a difference through top-tier hospitality, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career in a setting that celebrates heritage and innovation simultaneously.
