The Marshes of Skidaway Island is currently seeking a full-time Concierge to join their hospitality-focused team. This role operates Monday through Friday and serves as the first point of contact for residents, prospective employees, vendors, guests, suppliers, and outside service providers visiting the community. The Concierge is responsible for creating a positive first impression by greeting visitors warmly and professionally every day. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service within the community.

Working as a Concierge at The Marshes of Skidaway Island means being deeply involved in maintaining an organized and friendly environment. The role demands strong interpersonal skills and an ability to handle challenging situations tactfully to prevent escalation. In addition to greeting visitors, the Concierge provides ongoing telephone coverage, accepts and tracks deliveries, helps residents and staff by preparing maintenance work orders, and assists the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments.

This position is ideal for individuals who have excellent telephone communication skills, are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, and hold at least a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
