The role of a hospitality-focused Concierge at The Marshes of Skidaway Island is integral to the overall experience of residents, guests, and visitors at the community. This position requires an individual who embodies a warm and professional demeanor, as the Concierge serves as the first point of contact for anyone entering the community. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers, all while maintaining a welcoming presence. The Concierge plays a critical role in supporting the operational flow by providing ongoing telephone coverage, addressing and resolving issues promptly, managing delivery packages, and preparing maintenance work orders as needed. Additionally, the Concierge assists the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments, contributing to the smooth functioning of the community’s administrative tasks. Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational objectives while ensuring individuals feel appropriately served
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify residents of deliveries
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
