The Concierge role at Legend Senior Living is a part-time position offering work hours on Wednesdays from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm. This position is integral to the administrative team, serving as the frontline ambassador for residents and guests. The Concierge will be responsible for providing courteous and professional assistance, offering in-depth knowledge about local attractions, and coordinating community tours. This role involves acting as a liaison, relaying messages to appropriate departments, managing parking and valet needs, and ensuring the front desk and common areas remain welcoming and well-stocked. The Concierge must possess excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities to effectively manage resident inquiries and enhance their overall experience. Job Duties
- Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
- Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
- Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
