The Concierge role at Integral Senior Living is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for both residents and visitors. This position requires a professional who can efficiently manage front desk operations by greeting guests, handling telephone inquiries, and disseminating important information both internally and externally. The Concierge acts as a primary point of contact, coordinating appointments and maintaining key resident and visitor records while ensuring the entry area is neat and inviting. This position is designated as PRN (pro re nata), meaning the individual must be available to work at least one shift per month and be open to last-minute shift coverage, providing vital support during peak times or unforeseen needs. The role transcends traditional receptionist duties by contributing to the overall harmonious functioning of the community through various administrative tasks such as managing meal tickets, distributing mail, and organizing marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, preferably with one to three years of experience, along with a high school diploma or GED. This role demands a professional who is courteous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that values both teamwork and individual initiative. If you are passionate about positively impacting the lives of seniors and thrive in a supportive and collaborative setting, the Concierge position at Integral Senior Living offers a rewarding career opportunity where your contributions are recognized and valued.
