Associa is currently seeking a Concierge to become a vital member of their team. The Concierge serves as the face of the enterprise, offering exceptional service and support to guests and customers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment by providing helpful information, assisting with various guest needs, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be familiar with local transit systems such as bus, train, and subway schedules, enabling them to provide accurate directions and travel advice.
The Concierge’s responsibilities encompass much more than just greeting visitors; they act as a liaison between residents, vendors, technicians, and management. They must treat every interaction with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that every visitor and resident feels valued and attended to. The Concierge will handle administrative and managerial support tasks, maintain detailed records including keys and access devices, and manage communications effectively to ensure that all requests and issues are resolved promptly.
This position demands a high level of interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Concierges are expected to act as problem-solvers, owning each request or complaint with a commitment to delivering solutions. Communication within the team is critical, with daily activity logs and timely email updates required to maintain transparency and continuity. Furthermore, the Concierge must adhere to strict policies regarding security, such as safeguarding master keys and ensuring that any permissions for access devices follow proper procedures.
The role also requires a professional appearance and demeanor, with dress code expectations including pressed dress shirts, pants, and appropriate shoes. Time management and responsible use of company resources, such as laptops and materials, are essential aspects of the job. The Concierge must be punctual and maintain focus on work-related tasks during shifts.
