Joining us as a Concierge means you will be engaging with residents on a personal level, helping with everything from scheduling medical appointments to managing communication and administrative duties such as copying documents and assisting with billing information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and accessible records, such as daily resident logs and emergency information, which are critical to the smooth and safe operation of the community.

Your role will occasionally involve urgent responsibilities, including responding to emergency alarms and coordinating with emergency responders to ensure resident safety. This facet of the job emphasizes the importance of your calm, quick-thinking nature and your ability to follow protocols in high-pressure situations.

  • Greet arriving guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • respond to residents' needs and requests attentively
  • maintain a daily resident log and organize resident emergency information

  • schedule residents' doctor appointments and activities
  • distribute written communications efficiently
  • perform administrative tasks such as making copies and providing billing information
