Job Duties
- Greet arriving guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
- respond to residents' needs and requests attentively
- maintain a daily resident log and organize resident emergency information
- answer emergency responder and fire alarm systems and take appropriate emergency actions
- schedule residents' doctor appointments and activities
- distribute written communications efficiently
- perform administrative tasks such as making copies and providing billing information
